Synatech to Offer Free Mold Seminar on Saturday, April 8, 2006

Featuring the Nation's Leading Expert on Mold Remediation

NEW ORLEANS - March 30, 2006 - Synatech, Inc., one of the nation's largest mold remediation companies, today announced it will offer a free mold seminar, to be held April 8, 2006 at the Mid City Lanes Rock 'n' Bowl in New Orleans.

The seminar is designed to instruct attendees, many of whom have homes that have been damaged by Hurricane Katrina, on what they need to do before they begin the renovation process. Co-sponsored by Synatech and New Orleans-based JP Renovations, LLC, the seminar will explore the myths, fiction and realities of home renovation and mold-related health issues. The seminar is free to the public and will feature refreshments and entertainment. Dr. Herman Sabath, a public health practitioner and board certified microbial consultant specializing in indoor environmental diagnosis, will answer questions and speak about mold remediation, indoor air quality and the prevention of building-related illnesses.

Dr. Sabath has a long and distinguished career in private industry, academia and government, and has lectured and written extensively on issues relating to indoor environments. With over 20 years of practical experience in the U.S. and abroad, he has been involved in all areas of planning, designing, performance testing and evaluating indoor environments for microbial remediation. In 2001, he was named scientific advisor and technical director of the National Environmental Training Institute (NETI).
